VERSION: The new form of a prepared original music or arrangement, adapted to be used for various advertising movies.
CUT VERSION: Shortened form of the main version, made by cutting it without modifying the arrangement.
ADAPTATION: Re-arrangement of the work made by another composer, provided that the needed rights have been acquired by the customer, in order to match the requested music style and utilization type.
USAGE RIGHT: Usage Right for the use of original music or arrangement in the media specified in the agreement.
USAGE PERIOD: Period for which the usage right is valid. This period is 1 year by default except for the lifetime rights. At the end of this period, the agreement for the usage right is to be renewed.
LIFETIME USAGE RIGHT: Right to use the prepared music, with the limitation to use it as it is, for an unlimited period in any media. This right implies that the modifications or versions planned to be made to the music have to be made by the composer himself, and new agreement has to be made for new versions.
LIFETIME USAGE AND MODIFICATION RIGHT: In addition to the lifetime usage right, the requested modifications and arrangements can be made by 3rd party other than the composer.
